AURORA — THE GIRL OF BLUE DAWNS

AURORA — THE GIRL OF BLUE DAWNS
Poetic English Version in Rhyme
I loved the way her little heels
would wander where the spring reveals
its brightness in a flowered gown,
the morning’s laughter spilling down,
and in my palm she’d warm her grace,
delight soft‑tucked in every trace.

Her lips were cherries, ripe and sweet —
a longing no one could defeat.
She kissed with passion, wild and free,
with chocolate smiles meant just for me
on fairground days when joy ran wild
and life danced lightly like a child.

She hopped on one leg, light as air,
then placed her laughter in my hair,
embraced the strangers passing by,
gave cherries to the kids nearby.
“I’m Aurora,” she’d softly tease,
“Why silent now?” in playful breeze —
until some little rascal bold
stuck out his tongue, all uncontrolled.

Between the taverns, lantern‑lit,
a lady in her heels would flit.
And oh, I loved her wandering so,
her springtime steps, her morning glow,
her flowered cloak, her gentle heat,
the joy that made her whole, complete.

If only I could be a field,
so wide no secret stays concealed.
Do you hear me? A field so wide
that you could never run or hide.
I want to love, to kiss, to be
your day, your night, your liberty.
My heart desires it — endlessly.

And let the winds of gladness rise,
the ones that dance within her skies,
as if the world were hers to roam,
as if all earth were simply home.
For when she loves — she burns, she sings,
her footsteps bloom like living springs,
and I… I only long to be
a field wide‑open, endlessly.
