Account Deletion Request
If you wish to have your Sleeper account deleted, please fill out the form below in its entirety - ALL information below is required in order to process an account deletion. Please double check the answers and ensure that the information given is accurate. Visit Sleeper's Privacy Notice for additional information.

Please note the following regarding account deletions:
  • You will no longer be able to log into the Sleeper website or mobile application after your account is deleted
  • PLEASE ENSURE ALL REMAINING  BALANCES IN YOUR SLEEPER WALLET ARE WITHDRAWN PRIOR TO REQUESTING A DELETION.
  • Any and all information you had access to, including but not limited to electronic copies of your Sleeper transactions, will no longer be available - we recommend saving any information you'd like to keep before requesting a deletion
  • It may take up to THIRTY (30) business days for your account to be deleted
  • Sleeper is not responsible for information sent that is misspelled; please double-check the accuracy and spelling of the information in the form before clicking Submit.
