The German legacy media is now allowed to inform us that the BND (the German CIA) already had information in 2020 that led it to conclude that Covid most likely originated from a laboratory accident in Wuhan. However, the content of this BND report, commissioned by the Chancellery, was kept secret from the public by the Chancellery.
From 2020 to 2024 the German legacy media defamed anyone who (like the BND) found it suspicious that Covid popped up next to the largest research center for coronaviruses as „coronavirus deniers“ and „conspiracy theorists“.
„Gain-of-function“ research may have its advantages, just as nuclear energy has its advantages. Imagine a nuclear accident had killed 7 million people. Would it have been okay to suppress the information for 5 years so as not to jeopardize the advantages of nuclear energy?
Had there been a critical media outlet, politicians would never have gotten away with their cover-up of the origins of Covid. However, the media had allowed themselves to be largely corrupted by the Corona money that politicians had handed them and had declared proponents of the Labor theory to be politically „right-wing“ villains who carried out their conspiratorial mischief on Twitter. In fact, that Twitter, or rather X-bubble, was politically completely heterogeneous. The relationship between Democrats and Republicans was probably almost even.
The Labor theory was originally a completely apolitical issue. It was the left-wing political camp that artificially turned it into a right-wing issue. Ultimately the right wing benefited massively from the left-wing politicization of Corona because it was completely entrusted with an essentially apolitical and politically heterogeneous position.
