The Foundation protects and promotes Plone. Your financial contribution will help the Foundation to:

• support strategic sprints, conferences, and marketing events
• pay the Plone release managers a stipend to participate in sprints and conferences, and make software releases
• register Plone's trademark around the world
• secure Plone's intellectual property in the Foundation's "software conservancy"
• develop and produce marketing materials
• provision servers for our websites, community forum, and testing and continuous integration processes
• support the Plone marketing and communications team lead's attendance at Plone Conference and related events
• pay for general administrative expenses and software licenses for the essential operations of the Plone Foundation's activities
