Adds 36 missing Dutch translation keys introduced in 6.x across
messages.php,fieldtypes.php,permissions.php, andvalidation.php. Covers new features like image cropping, passkeys, theming, code editor options, and two-factor authentication.Also removes 23 stale Dutch translation keys that no longer exist in the English source files (16 from
messages.php, 7 fromfieldtypes.php).
