We apologise for the stressful situation through which we have put you and others. We had done the best we could do, at the time, with the resources (and book-learning) then available to us. But — partially inspired by your cries of anguish — we got our thinking caps on, and figured out a way to improve (most of) the deficient posts’ readability. We think you’ll like what you see!
