Alam kong hindi mag-aagree ang ilang “wine connoisseurs” na kababayan natin dito… pero, truth be told, I don’t really put much stock on the supposedly “correct” ways of imbibing alcohol, especially the more “sossy” types.
Take Wine, for example. Nung isang gabi, na-ispatan ko ang isang unopened bottle of red wine sa aming ref. Latak nung Pasko at New Year…
Kaso, wala kaming wine glasses sa bahay. Problema ba yun?

Sayang. ‘Galing pa naman. Saktong-sakto sana sa panlasa ko.
Kaya naisip kong ipagpatuloy na lang ang kanyang legacy — ang mag-feature ng mga ayos na inuman at mga patok na pulutan dito sa Pinas.
