Need maintenance or repair?

To advise you efficiently, we need to know the exact model of your computer, the operating system, a description of your issue, your full contact details, and if possible, the serial number of your device. We will respond as quickly as possible (usually within one business day after receiving your question).

The easiest way is to describe your issue to: sav@whyopencomputing.ch. We will get back to you and guide you on the best way to resolve the problem.

On the back of your computer, look for a sticker with several details including the "Model Name", as shown in the image below.
