Unusable wordpress

  I have tried to use my word press site today and it is totally unusable, I can login and then whatever I click on in the menu wont work it simply goes round and round in circles for over an hour before i have to give up, I have tried different browsers but the same thing happens. It’s crazy and frustrating.

  I really could do with some help please.
