Have you ever known someone who is just a piece of 🐕💩? Let’s talk about dog shit.
Unless you have a dog, its shit is something you likely never have to worry about. Unfortunately our reality is that there are lots of lazy dog owners who don’t pick up after their dogs so there is always dog shit around. So you’re likely gonna be one of two kinds of people at this point, one who pays attention for and looks out for dog shit or one who is oblivious to it. If you’re “aware” you’re constantly on the look out for it, where ever you walk or goto. Scanning the ground for it so you don’t step on it, the concern about it, is real. The oblivious people don’t care and don’t pay attention for it. They aren’t burdened with the worry about it.
The fear. If you have ever stepped on dog shit whether because you were looking out for it and you missed it this time or because you weren’t paying attention at all, you’re struck with a dilemma. If you noticed you stepped on it you get frantic trying to wipe it off as you don’t want to cause more dog shit to be spread because of you and you divert all of your attention to cleaning it off. For the oblivious ones they likely won’t even notice and will spread that shit everywhere and likely cause others to also be impacted in the same way. They step on it unknowingly and spread it, etc.
This is where i start to equate people as being dog shit.
You go through life struggling to get by, you meet people and they come and go, some good, some not so good. You have to then learn how to identify the good ones from the not good ones, the “dog shit people”. So, you either have to be on the look out for these “dog shit people”
so as to avoid them or not as you don’t want your life impacted by them.
If you “step” on one, your life immediately changes as you try to figure out how to get this shit off, how to distance your self from this person. You know immediately that this person is not good and you don’t want that to be part of your life. You gotta get rid of it.
If you’re the oblivious one then you likely find excuses for the fact that you’ve “stepped” on that shit (met a not good person) and even though you now have shit on your own shoes and are now spreading it everywhere just like that person, you aren’t aware or care. All of sudden, there are two “dog shit people”and this then propagates until everyone is the same.
Now what kind of a world is that to live in? Everyone being “dog shit people”. I don’t wanna be “dog shit people” and i don’t wanna be around them either. I’d rather be one who takes the additional burdon of worrying about not stepping on that 🐕💩
