This fall I started library school. This is my last ditch effort to find a career that will be fulfilling and fun. Alternatively, I’ll settle for not being miserable. I graduated from law school seven years ago, and have spent most of that time regretting my decision to become a lawyer. I enjoy the law as an academic pursuit, but being a lawyer is a very different beast from enjoying reading and discussing the law. But the one job that always seemed interesting to me within the legal field was that of the law librarian. So here I am. I already feel better about this decision in two weeks of classes than I did the entire time I was in law school.
