Primerica has been taking the longest to refund my money but was quick to take my money. I do not appreciate it.

I was going to sign up for training with Mr. Christian for licensing, but unfortunately encountered cancer and several surgeries and couldn't complete it.
I paid my $49.00 and was set up with $25.00 monthly charges for, I'm guessing, agent items. I asked Brian how I can get my money back, then I got sick and didn't get anything done. I've been charged $25.00 monthly ever since for probably 1-1.5 years. Brian stated I can request my money back, but I haven't been able to get through to anything without agent codes that I do not have.
Please help me get my sign-up and monthly payments returned; it would sure help with med payments.

No answer when attempting to call customer service over and over again without a call back or text. I cannot get anyone to help with the simplest of situations, and this message requires me to write a huge message. This agent has fraudulently written a policy on me, making another person (Stevans Fleming) my beneficiary. I never gave her permission, nor any of my personal information to do this. I don't trust either of these parties. There were (2.) policies written.
I complained to Primerica but nothing happened. Beware of this person and protect your personal information.

I'm not here to rate Primerica. I called for help with my zoom account.
- - Updated Zoom; many things changed.
- - It doesn't save contact numbers and backgrounds are gone.
- - Gallery view is 3 not 25; speaker view overlaps.
I updated my zoom and now nothing is the same.
It doesn't save my contacts address numbers.
All my background pictures are gone.
When I turn off my camera, my picture is gone.
My gallery view is now 3 instead of 25.
If I do multiple speaker view, I get 6 but they overlap and jump around to people who were not even speaking.
I have a difficult time trying to log in.
