I've been busy sewing for my first grandbaby due soon and decided that he needs a few baby gowns. I wanted this one to be a special personalized gown that he could wear home from the hospital. I have made this gown with and without the little sleeve flaps that cover the hands. I don't like the way the serged edge shows when the sleeve flap is turned back so I reworked the pattern a bit so that everything looks nice no matter which way the sleeve flap is worn.
