hello! does anyone ever still read this? anyway congrats to 2nd lieutenant dave on his commissioning yesterday! you're the first officer in our class yay. go ask him for photos of his nice shiny new sword hehe.
does anyone want a class outing? there are some good movies opening soon. oh and the summer holidays are coming, and people overseas will be coming back. we should organise something big, like a chalet or something! any suggestions?

HELLO~ Haha it's like the third time I am blogging here or something. Before you all start throwing stones/eggs/other random objects at me pls look at the latest update for people going for MAF outing on 6 Sept:

Yup so that's all updates for now. Anyone has change of plans please sms/call to update me and I'll make the changes here. :) Please remind each other the meeting times too! I'll put up the movie time when yahoo singapore movie showtimes website allows me to check it, and dinner place will perhaps be decided on the day itself? Depending on whether the cafe's packed. Please bring stuff to play in the morning, alternatively if all of you feel more like nua-ing than anything can bring cards to play with. It's a very nice backdrop activity while we engage mainly in conversing.

| MAF Class Outing Updated |
hey 7c,
i spent today doing some reconnaissance and came up with the finalised outing itinerary:
| 9.30am | meet at clementi mrt and bus interchange |
| 9.40am | take bus 175 down to west coast park |
| 10.00am | reach west coast park. cycle, fly kite, play ball/frisbee, play on the huge fun playgrounds, rollerblade, or just walk around and explore the park |
| 12.30pm | meet the rest of the class at harbourfront mrt and have lunch at vivocity |
| 2.00pm | watch wall-e at vivocity (timing to be confirmed) |
| 5.00pm | early dinner, tentatively at melvados cafe (menu) which has awesome brownies. the ambience and food are not bad, but it is rather small. hopefully it won't be that crowded so early? otherwise we could go curry wok. feel free to bring up other suggestions! |
| 6.00pm | MAF! |
| 10.00pm | move to coffee bean at guthrie house on sixth avenue. it is open till midnight but it could get really crowded? so far i have not found a house suitable for a sleepover. |
please do tell me if you have any better ideas, if not this will be what we'll be doing next saturday. hope to see everyone there!

| Mid-Autumn Festival Class Outing |
Hello 7c! By now you should have heard about the class outing on MAF, 6 september, which is next next saturday, either through sms or on msn. It will be a whole day event, with the morning spent on outdoor activities, followed by lunch and movie watching of WALL-E, after which we will make our way down to school for the much anticipated MAF celebrations! Post MAF activities are still sketchy, but we will probably go for supper, drinks or maybe, just maybe, a sleepover at somebody's house; now how cool would that be :D
This might be the last time we get to see some of our classmates who will be leaving soon for universities overseas. So to make this as memorable a day as possible, I will need your help. First, if you have not already done so, tell me whether you'll be attending the class outing, and whether you will be coming for the whole day or part of it. Next I will need to borrow a few things: soccer ball/frisbee/volleyball/beach ball/kites/any other things to play, safra card (for booking movie tickets), and a house to sleepover in. If you're willing to lend me any of these items, please contact me! Thankew (:
