Oh Gosh....what have I done to my blog?? spiderweb everywhere!! hahahaha.

Is it really that long???

Gosh....5 months no update at this blog....spider webs everywhere nih....I should blame FB for this as it is so convenience to do any update there to inform all friends. Anyway, life beenn busy like shit at work....at the same time I have fallen in love with......"running"! the workout I have left behind on time ago....until i notice I need to to something again when finding myself "growing" again from time to time :(

Been religiously putting in time to run....and trying to stick a minimum weekly mileage....few months gone and my weight hasn't come down at all!!! At least on other side...I am gaining overall fitnest improvement...in terms of endurance....getting stronger....and more energy!

The quest to renew a 22 years affair this coming Sunday begins....and the journey shall not stop there.....there will be more and more affairs in running after this biggest running event for myself after my half life has gone!! Looking forward for eventful and joyful weekend :)
