Welcome to 31 Days of Halloween, a series of short family-friendly videos celebrating all that is ghoulishly good, silly, and (of course), scary about Halloween! It’s brought to you by Golden Summit, Inc., an award-winning Los Angeles-based team of digital content creators/strategists focused on entertainment, documentaries, marketing, and e-commerce.

Day 1: It’s All About the Candy Corn

31 Days of Halloween Theater Presents… A Classic Lame Scary Story: The Bloody Finger! This is a scary story Orio tells the kids every Halloween. It has a very silly surprise ending, but the kids can’t get enough of it. Turn out the lights, turn up the sound and prepare to be scared!

Day 4: Gettin’ Down in Halloween Town

One of our favorite traditions is creating a little Halloween town display inside our house. This year it’s amped up with the all-new Wheel of Horror and a few other creeptastic additions!

Day 5: Devil’s Egg Eyeballs

Ordinary deviled eggs are transformed into Devil’s Egg Eyeballs! Eve and Bella cook up a tasty treat scary enough for any Halloween party.

Day 6: Pumpkin Patch

Day 7: Pumpkin Derby Part 1

What do you get when you put wheels and pumpkins together? Pumpkin derby racers! Our first-ever pumpkin derby hits the starting line with the help of our 4-H Club.

The tradition of the Bloody Finger continues with this scary story told by special guest Brynn Baron. A dare sends a young man into a haunted house and he soon discovers what the ghost does with her blood red fingernails!

Day 16: Pumpkin Regatta

Gentlemen (and women), start your pumpkins! The West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta squashes all competitors as 1,000 pound pumpkins are hollowed out and put in the water, then people dressed in costumes race them. Yes. That’s what we said. UPDATE: We won a 2011 Telly People’s Choice Award for this video! Over 200 zombies rocked Portland’s Pioneer Square in a fully choreographed version of Michael Jackson’s Thriller.  Special thanks to Kaebel Hashitani, Kelsie Loos, Gary Barnum and, of course, the zombies of Portland, OR whose performance (literally) killed it!
