The first day of our trip we went out to snorkel with dolphins. We did get to swim with thwm and see them under water but for only a few minutes and then they were gone. We also saw whales. Intersting fact: When the whales are in Hawaii the moms are strictly there to breed and have babies. They do not feed at all. When they have a baby, the baby will eat 40 gallons of moms milk a day. The milk is so thick that if you put it in a glass and turned it upside down it would not come out........think Dairy Queen Blizzards :). We also hiked up Diamond Head Crater for some awesome views and then drove around the island. Here are some pics of the day:

Grand Canyon
We decided to take a last minute end-of-the-year trip down to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. We had a great time and the weather was absolutely perfect! The kids became Junior Rangers and earned their badges for the park. Maybe one of these years we will drive the extra 5 hours to get to the south rim......

Posting again...
Wow! Its been a long time since I posted. Life has been kind of crazy with three kids, one of them a baby.......a high maintenance baby........a baby who wants my CONSTANT attention. So I have been feeling guilty about abandoning my blog. I will try to do better. I guess I better start taking pictures again! It seems like we are always forgetting the camera.......
We (I guess I should say B and I) are looking forward to school starting this week, Kaylee is only looking forward to "lunch, recess, and seeing my friends". I keep telling her she has way too many years of schooling to feel that way about school. Come to think of it, I didn't start liking school until I started college....
Anyways here is to getting on top of this blog thing!

Disneyland April 2010
We took the kids on their first trip to Disneyland and had a blast. B and K had such a good time. They were chosen to be in the Jedi training and recieved their certificates saying they were official Jedi. Little K did pretty well and we were so glad that Grandma and Grandpa were there to help out and enjoy Disney with us. Here are some picures...

Christmas Sing-A-Long
This is B singing his Christmas song that he had been learning in kindergarten. He is the boy in a red turtle neck on the right/middle. I am also posting a picture of him sitting on Santa's lap. Santa asked him if he had been a good boy this year. His reply - "Yes, but my sister has been naughty" Santa - "Oh?" B- "Yes, she likes to scare me when I am in the shower." Just look at Santa's face in this picture! His teacher and I got a good laugh at that one.
