Why 94 Celsius?
At 94 Celcius, we believe that coffee can be both accessible and profoundly surprising.
From our workshop in Sainte-Julie, near Montreal, we have been roasting traceable origin coffees on a Probat since 2017, ranging from the great chocolate classic to the most daring co-fermentations.
Our approach combines technical precision and seasonal curiosity to offer expressive, vibrant, and memorable profiles, with one idea in mind: cups that are fair, lively, and never bitter.
