Our Company
Our official name is Cardinal Blue Software, but we often refer to ourselves as the PicCollage Company (PicCo), due to the popularity of the PicCollage app. We are a US company (Delaware C Corp), with a large branch office in Taipei.
We were fortunate to have early success with the PicCollage app, which reached the top of the photo/video charts in dozens of countries. With initial backing from Silicon Valley investors (including 500 Startups, Floodgate, Freestyle and Quest) , we've grown our company into a profitable independent business supported by a robust subscription model. We combine AI technology with human-centered design to build products that bring people together.

Team and Culture
We’re a team of 100+ people, engineers, designers and product people who combine creativity and curiosity in everything we do.
While most of our team is located in Taiwan, 40% of our team members have international or cross-cultural backgrounds, which is helpful as our users are located around the world, especially in North America, Europe and Japan.
