AdsEditor – Command-line note
Deploy Google Ads Editor silently using the MSI installer with msiExec.exe /i google_ads_editor.msi /qn for unattended installation across enterprise endpoints, suppressing all UI prompts. For all-users deployment without per-user shortcuts, create a transform file (google_ads_editor.mst) via InstEd to modify the Directory table (set Directory=ProgramFilesFolder, Directory_Parent=TARGETDIR, DefaultDir=.) and delete the UninstallProduct shortcut row, then apply it via msiExec.exe /i google_ads_editor.msi TRANSFORMS=google_ads_editor.mst /qn. Post-install, deploy the Google-AdWords-Editor.ini config file centrally with xcopy /y "Google-AdWords-Editor.ini" "%AllUsersProfile%Google" to standardize settings.
AdsEditor – Command-line note
Google Ads Editor supports silent installation via both EXE and MSI formats: use GoogleAdsEditorSetup.exe /silent /install for the EXE installer, or MsiExec.exe /i google_ads_editor.msi /qn for the MSI package. For enterprise deployments requiring all-users installation, download the MSI, create a transform file (.mst) using an MSI editor to modify the installation directory to ProgramFilesFolder, then deploy using MsiExec.exe /i google_ads_editor.msi TRANSFORMS=google_ads_editor.mst /qn.
