AGTEK Gradework Visual C++ prerequisite note
For managed AGTEK Gradework deployments, pre-stage both Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable (EXE-x86) and Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable (EXE-x64) before launching the installer. Treat both runtimes as explicit prerequisites on clean engineering workstations so install or update detection is not blocked by missing redistributables.

AGTEK Gradework close-before-update note
For managed AGTEK Gradework updates, close the running application before launching the installer. Returns Exit Code 1, update may fail if application is open during update process. Configure a pre-close/user-deferral or conflicting-process rule for AGTEK Gradework rather than repeatedly retrying the update while the app is open.
