Akiflow close-before-update note
For managed Akiflow desktop updates, treat the running app as a conflicting process. The EXE and user-context desktop packages can return Exit Code 2 when Akiflow is open during the update, so Intune, ConfigMgr, or PSADT deployments should prompt the user or close Akiflow before launching the installer.
This is especially important for user-scope desktop installs: rerun the update in the affected user context after the client has exited, and base detection on the installed desktop version rather than the web app or calendar integration state. Official download source: https://akiflow.com/download.
