Run the Anki installer (anki-*.exe) elevated as administrator with the /D=TARGETDIR command-line switch (e.g., anki-24.06-windows-qt6.exe /S /D=C:Program FilesAnki) to silently install for all users to a custom enterprise-standard location; user data remains safely in the current user’s profile.
