Deployment tip
Download the Bicep CLI installer from https://github.com/Azure/bicep/releases/latest/download/bicep-setup-win-x64.exe and deploy it silently enterprise-wide using bicep-setup-win-x64.exe /VERYSILENT /NORESTART in elevated scripts. This Inno Setup-based EXE suppresses all UI prompts and prevents reboots, ensuring non-interactive installation to %LocalAppData%ProgramsBicep CLI. For uninstallation, target "%LocalAppData%ProgramsBicep CLIunins000.exe" /VERYSILENT /NORESTART.
