Bria Enterprise
Bria Enterprise is a VoIP softphone explicitly tied to CounterPath's Stretto Platform and requires an administrator-generated account for login. It is based on CounterPath’s award-winning Bria softphone clients and is provisioned by a module of the Stretto Platform, enabling enterprises and operators to distribute, configure, and manage Bria softphones centrally.

Bria close-before-update note
For managed Bria desktop updates, close the running Bria client before starting the installer. The MSI package can return Exit Code 1 when Bria is open during update, so treat that as an in-use update failure and use pre-close or user-notification handling instead of marking the deployment successful. Use the official Bria desktop release notes as the version/source reference: docs.counterpath.com/docs/DeskUG/clients/ReleaseNotes/current_Desk.htm.
For managed Bria MSI-x86 updates, close the Bria softphone before starting the MSI. If Bria is open, the update can fail with Exit Code 1; close the client first and verify launch/version after setup.
