CC-Switch per-user MSI deployment note
For managed CC-Switch deployments, treat the Windows MSI as a per-user package unless you have verified otherwise in your own installer build. The package installs under the user profile, so SYSTEM-context deployment can miss the installed product or create detection results that differ by user.
