ChMac

ChMac is a Windows command-line interface tool to change or randomize MAC addresses of specified network adapters for security or to bypass public Wi-Fi usage limits. It supports Windows 2000 through Windows 10 and various Server editions. Features include manual or automatic MAC changes, randomization based on customizable OUI lists, optional use of DevCon.exe for NIC management, and restoration of original MAC addresses.
