Clevershare

For managed Clevershare updates, close the Clevershare desktop application before launching the installer or update package. The x86 EXE package can return Exit Code 1 when Clevershare is still open during an update, so Intune, ConfigMgr, PSADT, or other deployment tooling should prompt the user, close the app cleanly, or defer the update before retrying.

Because Clevershare is commonly used with classroom and meeting-room displays, schedule update windows outside active screen-sharing sessions and verify the installed version after rerunning a failed update.
