Clip2net close-before-update deployment note
For managed Clip2net updates, close Clip2net before launching the EXE x86 installer. The update can fail with Exit Code 1 when the application is open, so deployments should include a close/prompt step for the running Clip2net client before retrying.

Clip 2 Net close-before-update note
For managed Clip 2 Net updates, close the desktop application before starting the installer. The EXE-x86 update path can fail while the app is running and has been observed returning exit code 1; pre-closing the app or using deployment-tool conflicting-process handling avoids leaving the update in a failed or partially-applied state.
