Color Cop is a lightweight and user-friendly color picking tool developed by Jay Prall that allows users to pick colors from anywhere on their screen, providing color values in multiple formats such as RGB, HSL, HTML, HEX, and VB. It features an eyedropper, magnifier, variable magnification levels, custom color palettes, and a clipboard copy function for selected colors.
