Dell Command Update variants need explicit dependency handling: Dell Command Update Classic depends on both Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 8 and Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable, while Dell Command Update for Windows Universal depends on Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime 8.
