DbGate Windows installer source and detection note

For managed DbGate desktop deployments on Windows, use the official DbGate download page as the source of record. The Windows installer button currently resolves to the project's GitHub release asset named dbgate-premium-latest.exe, while older and beta builds are linked from the GitHub releases page.

If you package DbGate for Intune, ConfigMgr, or another deployment system, avoid using the latest URL as the only version-control signal. Resolve and archive the exact release asset you deployed, then make detection rules check the installed DbGate entry/version in Add/Remove Programs so a future download-page refresh does not make an older package look current.
