Dimmer is a small and free Windows application designed to adjust the brightness of computer screens and monitors by adding a virtual overlay. It supports multiple monitors and various screen types including LCD, TFT, LED, and CRT. It helps reduce eye strain and protect eyesight in low light conditions. Developed by Nelson Pires since 2004.
