DocuSign Edit managed update note
For managed DocuSign Edit updates, close the DocuSign Edit client before invoking the installer. The Windows package can return Exit Code 2 when the application is open during an update, so Intune, ConfigMgr, RMM, or PSADT deployments should treat DocuSign Edit as a conflicting process and prompt the user, close it cleanly, or defer the update before retrying.

After a failed update attempt, verify the installed version rather than assuming the ARP entry changed only because the installer started.
