Use the JetBrains dotUltimate offline installer (JetBrains.dotUltimate..exe) in Administrative mode to generate a custom silent installation command line, such as JetBrains.dotUltimate..exe /Silent=True /SpecificProductNames=ReSharper;dotCover /VsVersion=17.0;16.0 /PerMachine=True, which installs selected products like ReSharper and dotCover into Program Files for all users on targeted Visual Studio versions without UI prompts.
