For automated, non-interactive ESP‑IDF environment deployments at scale, use the EIM CLI headless installer with explicit version and path plus optional config, for example on Windows: eim install -i v5.3.2 -p "C:ESP-IDF" --config C:espidf-config.toml, and standardize installations further via environment variables such as ESP_PATH and ESP_IDF_VERSION (which are honored unless overridden by CLI arguments).
