Fastfetch portable deployment note

The WinGet package for Fastfetch is a ZIP/portable deployment: it extracts fastfetch.exe and flashfetch.exe, and exposes the fastfetch command. Current Windows release assets are split by architecture (fastfetch-windows-amd64.zip and fastfetch-windows-aarch64.zip), so ConfigMgr/Intune detection should target the installed portable executable rather than an MSI product code.
