FigmaAgent font-installer deployment and detection notes
FigmaAgent is Figma’s browser font installer. Install it only for users who need browser-based Figma Design access to local or Adobe fonts; the Figma desktop app already includes the font installer.
After installation, FigmaAgent has no user interface. It runs silently in the background, detects fonts already installed on the computer, and exposes them to Figma through localhost HTTP/HTTPS services that only allow connections from figma.com. If font access still fails after deployment, reload open Figma design files or restart the browser session before treating it as an install failure.
