FlowJo managed update and prerequisite note
For managed FlowJo 10 or FlowJo 11 EXE x64 updates, close all running FlowJo sessions before starting the installer. These updates can return Exit Code 1 when FlowJo is open, so Intune, ConfigMgr, or PSADT deployments should include conflicting-process handling before evaluating installer success or ARP DisplayVersion detection.
FlowJo 10/11 Windows deployments also need the Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable x64 present before install or upgrade. Stage the current supported Visual C++ Redistributable from Microsoft when building deployment baselines: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist.
