Foxit Reader managed update note
For managed Foxit PDF Reader updates, close Foxit Reader before starting the installer. The Foxit PDF Reader x64/x86 EXE packages and Foxit PDF Reader Enterprise EXE/MSI variants can return Exit Code 1 when the application is open during update, so pair the install with a pre-update close/notification step rather than treating that exit code as a successful update.
