PassMark Fragger
PassMark Fragger is a software tool that lets you fragment or defragment existing files in a controlled environment using user-selected settings. It is primarily used to benchmark the performance of third party defragmentation tools or to benchmark PC performance degradation due to file fragmentation. Fragger allows control over the number, size, and position of fragments on disk, and includes features such as graphical fragmentation views, detailed file information, and cluster allocation data. The software has been discontinued and is no longer supported.
