Freeplane update pre-close and file-source note

For managed Freeplane Windows updates, close Freeplane before launching the installer. The Windows package can return Exit Code 1 when Freeplane is open during update; add a pre-update close or conflicting-process step and verify the app relaunches from the updated binaries afterward.

Use the official project/vendor page as the installer source: Freeplane download/source page.
