FSLogix – Command-line note

For silent enterprise deployment of FSLogix Apps on 64-bit systems, extract the FSLogix_Apps_w.x.y.z.zip download, navigate to the x64Release folder, and run FSLogixAppsSetup.exe /install /quiet /norestart /log “%WINDIR%TempFSLogixApps-Install.log” to suppress UI, prevent reboots, and capture verbose logs for troubleshooting.

Deploy FSLogix Apps Agent silently across session hosts using the FSLogixAppSetup.exe installer with unattended switches: /install /quiet /norestart to suppress UI and prevent automatic restarts, allowing you to chain additional configuration commands in your deployment scripts. After installation, configure Profile Containers by setting registry values under HKLMSoftwareFSLogixProfiles (specifically Enabled = 1 and VHDLocations pointing to your storage path) and use the frx.exe command-line utility—located in C:Program FilesFSLogixApps—to manage rules, profiles, and secure credentials programmatically for fully automated enterprise deployments.
