GitButler Windows download-source note

For GitButler desktop packaging, use the vendor download flow from gitbutler.com rather than treating GitHub source archives as installable Windows packages. The upstream GitHub release notes direct binary downloads back to the GitButler site, while the GitHub release assets/source archives are not a stable Windows installer feed.

For update detection, track the installed GitButler app version and verify the Windows installer/signing on each new release before broad deployment.
