GitKraken Desktop silent install and profile-data note
For GitKraken Desktop Windows deployments, stage the official GitKrakenSetup.exe and run GitKrakenSetup.exe -s for an unattended install. Verify the resulting app in the same user context that will run GitKraken rather than relying only on machine-wide inventory.
GitKraken’s installation documentation also identifies the Windows data location as C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\.gitkraken. That path is useful for profile-aware detection, cleanup, and support scripts after deployment.
