GloCOM managed update close-before-update note
For managed GloCOM updates, close GloCOM before starting the installer. Both the EXE and MSI x64 update paths can return Exit Code 1 when the application is open during the update process, so Intune, ConfigMgr, RMM, or PSADT deployments should use a conflicting-process prompt or pre-close step before retrying.
