Hourly Analysis Program close-before-update note

When updating Carrier Hourly Analysis Program, close running HAP sessions before the installer starts. The product-specific update cue reports exit code 5 if the application is open, so use a pre-close/conflicting-process rule before treating the deployment as a package failure.

Official product/source page for package validation: Hourly Analysis Program.

For Carrier Hourly Analysis Program deployments, include Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable (x86 and x64) as explicit prerequisites on clean images. Stage both runtimes before the HAP installer so prerequisite failures are not misread as application install failures.
