For managed Cisco Jabber for Windows deployments, install the MSI with explicit public properties instead of relying on first-run prompts. Cisco documents the base syntax as msiexec.exe /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi plus parameter/value pairs; for unattended installs, use /quiet and include deployment-specific properties such as CLEAR=1 to remove an existing bootstrap file and SERVICES_DOMAIN=example.com when service discovery should use a known domain.

Because Jabber installer media is typically obtained from Cisco software/support channels rather than an anonymous public binary URL, package refreshes should be staged from the official Cisco Jabber Windows support/download area and kept in a controlled local content repository for ConfigMgr/Intune use. After upgrade, verify both the Add/Remove Programs entry and the client launch path, especially when replacing older Jabber 12-era packages.
