Deployment tip

Kindle for PC’s current Windows installer is user-scope NSIS packaging. For unattended deployment, use the official Kindle for PC download (https://www.amazon.com/kindlepcdownload) and run the versioned installer with KindleForPC-installer-[version].exe silent; use silentWithProgress only when progress UI is desired. Do not assume a machine-wide Program Files install for detection; the installed-app entry/product code is Amazon Kindle, and versioned direct-download paths are published behind Amazon’s download endpoint.
