Mailspring user-scope installer note

For managed Mailspring deployments, the Windows installer is the GitHub-hosted MailspringSetup.exe EXE and installs in user scope. Silent deployment can use --silent, upgrade behavior is install-over-existing, and enterprise detection should not assume an MSI product code; use the Mailspring application identity and installed executable/version instead.
